Our customers - "You" - are important to us. Without you cornflowerblue would not exist. We strive to bring you high quality kids clothing that is safe and stylish. We want to protect your kids and our planet for their kids.
Our customer service standard
We seek to offer our valued customers to highest quality of service. Our service standard is:
- All orders received by 1pm will be shipped that day.
- If we don't have the item or size you have ordered we will contact you that day. We will either find a replacement item, suggest a similar item or refund your money.
- We will answer email enquiries the same day they are received.
- We will handle all returns promptly and refund the money within 2 days of receiving back the return.
If we don't meet this standard then tell us! We would prefer to try and fix the issue so we can have happy customers! So please let us know.
