All payments are processed online securely by PayPal and no card details are stored by the site.
Delivery
Australia
cornflowerblue offers one delivery option within Australia. If you spend over $150 you will receive free postage.
Within Australia - Australian Air Express
Next day delivery is $7.75 for order under 1kg (most orders) or $9.50 for orders over 1kg. Orders must be placed before 1pm EST for delivery next business day.
Benefits of Australian Air Express:
1. Next Day Delivery to most area. Outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer.
2. Full Tracking - you will be sent a tracking code so you can follow up your parcel at Australian Air Express.
We strongly recommend that you choose a delivery address where someone will be home to receive the parcel. If you’re not home to receive your parcel a calling card will be left and you will need to contact Australian Air Express to arrange another delivery. cornflowerblue will be charged an extra delivery charge if this happens which at our discretion may be passed onto you. Alternatively please authorise the package to be left by adding specific delivery instructions to the comments field during checkout, e.g. “I authorise the parcel to be left if not at home”.
Note - if you select this option we can't accept responsibility for the parcel if it goes missing.
Loss or damage is very rare with Australian Air Express. When it does happen your order is replaced at our expense.
International
Orders placed before 1pm are shipped the same day. If you spend over $200 you will receive free Australian Air Express International shipping.

Delivery Costs
Both services have signature on delivery security. If you’re not home to receive your parcel, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office or depot. Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during checkout, e.g. “Please leave at next door neighbor’s house”.

Opening hours
You can order online anytime! General business hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Outside of business hours email and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly.
