All payments are processed securely by PayPal and no card details are stored by the site.
Delivery
Within Australia - Express Post
Next day delivery is $8.00 for all parcels.Orders must be placed before 1pm EST for delivery next business day.
Outside capital cities and major regional centres may take an extra day. Very remote locations will take longer.
All parcels are fully tracked. If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels it’s not safe to leave your package, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office. Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during checkout, e.g. “Please leave on verandah if not home”.
Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen your order is replaced at our expense.
Within Australia - Regular Post
Delivery is $5.95 for all parcels.Orders must be placed before 1pm EST for dispatch that day.
Regular post takes between 4-10 days to reach most cities in Australia. Parcels are not tracked. If you’re not home to receive your parcel and the driver feels

Delivery Costs
Both services have signature on delivery security. If you’re not home to receive your parcel, a calling card will be left and your parcel can be collected from your nearest post office or depot. Specific delivery instructions can be added in the comments field during checkout, e.g. “Please leave at next door neighbor’s house”.
Opening hours
You can order online anytime! General business hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Outside of business hours email and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly.
