Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential. It will only be used to process your order. Your information will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned!
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
Returns policy
If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive,
they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items should be
returned new, unused, and with all cornflowerblue and label
garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or
altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Items must be unworn / unused and returned in a reasonable time
frame. We can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or
sale items that are no longer stocked.
Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.
How to make a return
:
Step 1
Contact us to get a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number

Step 2
Exchanges: Your requested exchange items will be shipped to you,
once we have recieved back the returned item. The new item will be
shipped to you at our expense.
Returns: Please send back your returned goods to the return address
below. Once we have received your return will process the refund. We
will not accept back any return item unless you have contacted us for a
Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty
items is very rare. Should this occur we will minimise any
inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case
basis; replacement, refund, whatever works best for you. Please note
that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not
considered to be faulty.

OUR POLICY
Items should be returned new, unused and with all cornflowerblue and
label garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or
altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorisation
(RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
SHOES
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes
should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box
as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned
without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted and may be sent
back to the customer.
SWIMWEAR
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on
over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns
may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are
soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or
where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear
are not considered to be faulty.
Donation Policy
$1 from the sale of each and every product, no matter what its value and including items on sale, will be donated to charity.

- Foundation of Love - made for cornflowerblue by the skilled tailors of Mumbai

- Moraka Organic
At the end of each year our accountant will provide a certificate to verify that all funds raised have been distributed to our projects.
If you receive our newsletter you will be provided with up-to-date details on the money raised and how it is being spent.
