Returns policy
Returns: Please send back your returned goods to the return address below. Once we have received your return will process the refund. We will not accept back any return item unless you have contacted us for a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare. Should this occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, whatever works best for you. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all cornflowerblue and label garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
SHOES
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
SWIMWEAR
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Donation Policy
At the end of each year our accountant will provide a certificate to verify that all funds raised have been distributed to our projects.
If you receive our newsletter you will be provided with up-to-date details on the money raised and how it is being spent.
